ABOUT
BAIRD LANDING is an Open Space sub-development that lives on 30 wooded acres in Freeport, Maine.
The open space design offers land conservation while meeting the need for well-built, efficient homes. We have examined the needs of home buyers as well as the environment and have developed homes with a landscape that promise an efficient future. The mostly level ground is spotted with diversity of mature and younger growth including hemlock, birch, spruce, elm, and pine and maples. The rich soil suggests that farmers once enjoyed lush fields of grains and vegetables.
